Every homeowner who contacts Winninggrey Floor Coating should be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can write to us about:

• How a call or message with Winninggrey Floor Coating went
• How your personal data was used or protected
• Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
• How a provider we referred you to behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Say you hired a provider and the finished floor is not what you agreed to. The providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, pricing, products, warranties and customer care. So start by raising the issue with the provider in writing, and keep copies of what you send.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Winninggrey Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

What to Put in Your Message

Email contact@winninggrey.skin and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you reached us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's company name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we received your message, normally within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
